Inside, you’ll find an attractive, NSF-approved clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The unit includes an 8 7/8″ deep, 1/2″ thick, full-length removable cutting board made of NSF-approved white polyethylene, providing a durable preparation surface.
