The True TSSU-60-10 Sandwich/Salad Prep Table offers you plenty of space to prep and store ingredients for your sandwiches and salads. True’s prep table comes with two (2) doors. Two (2) vinyl-coated wire shelves in each door are adjustable to accommodate pans of different measurements. These doors have a metal sheet interlock system to withstand their continuous closing and opening without any damage. To provide ample space for food preparation, there is a white-colored polyethylene cutting board to cut, slice, and chop ingredients. You can easily store all the ingredients in the insert pans provided on top that can hold ten (10) sixth-size pans. To keep these ingredients fresh, there is an insulated cover and hood on top that reduces condensation. The cutting board, hood, and cover are removable for easy cleaning.
True’s Prep Table boasts a stainless steel exterior and an aluminized back and interior for durability and performance. Holds temperature from 33°F to 41°F. This prep table uses 1/3 HP compressor with environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient operations. To increase the life of the evaporator, it has an epoxy-coating. Condensing unit can be accessed from back for convenient servicing.
