The True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC mega-top prep table, spanning 60 inches in width, features a cutout on the left side of the countertop designed to accommodate 12 sixth-size food pans. The included food pans are constructed from break-resistant, clear polycarbonate, with an insulated hood and lid positioned over them to keep ingredients cool and minimize condensation. The open right side of the table provides additional space for sauces, supplies, and equipment, while the front hosts a cutting board for salad and sandwich preparation. The removable cutting board, crafted from sanitary polyethylene, is easy to clean.
Access to the cabinet base is provided through two swing doors equipped with sturdy handles that jut inward, ensuring they do not disrupt employees working on the top.
