Featuring an 8 7/8-inch cutting board, the top side of this unit accommodates 24 sixth-size pans, perfect for diced produce or sliced meat. To maintain the freshness of displayed products, the unit is equipped with two insulated stainless steel lids. These lids, along with the cutting board, are removable for easy cleaning at the end of the day.
The base of the prep table includes three full doors providing access to six PVC-coated shelves in the cabinet. The unit’s front, sides, and back are constructed of stainless steel, ensuring durability, while the interior liner and floor match for long-term resilience.
