The True TWT-27-HC~SPEC3 worktop refrigerator is equipped with a self-contained capillary tube system that utilizes the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Employing guided airflow technology, its refrigeration system maintains a precise and uniform temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The electronically commutated fan motors are specifically designed to produce minimal heat and consume minimal energy, ensuring peak efficiency. The epoxy-coated evaporator enhances corrosion resistance, and the conveniently located condensing unit slides out for easy maintenance.
Efficient maintenance of the condensing coil is achieved through the compressor fan’s self-cleaning feature. At the beginning of each cycle, the fan motor directs air in reverse, effectively clearing away any accumulated dirt or dust on the coil. This function plays a crucial role in optimizing performance, reducing energy consumption, and extending the unit’s lifespan. While highly beneficial, routine preventative maintenance is still recommended for optimal results.
Constructed with stainless steel, the True TWT-27-HC~SPEC3 refrigerator incorporates a backsplash and countertop formed from a single piece, preventing the intrusion of bacteria and food particles into inaccessible crevices. The countertop aligns seamlessly with the front of the doors, and the cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane. The self-closing, positive-seal door swings within the cabinet dimensions and includes a 90-degree stay-open feature for added convenience. An all-metal handle is affixed to the aluminum-lined door, complemented by a removable, one-piece gasket. The two PVC-coated wire shelves, each featuring four chrome-plated shelf clips, are adjustable in 12-inch increments, with support pilasters matching the material of the cabinet interior. The unit is supported by 5-inch-diameter stem castors, with locks provided on the front set, and boasts a comfortable 36-inch-high work surface.
