It’s equipped with a 9 1/2″ wide polyethylene cutting board, two adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelves, and fourteen standard 4″ deep (1/6 size) condiment food pans for ingredient organization. The innovative cold air compartment and gas condensate system ensure consistent temperature control while resisting corrosion and preventing condensate overflow. The unit has a digital temperature control system to monitor and maintain safe cold food temperatures.
Constructed with a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior and exterior, this prep table is built to last. Ergonomically designed swing doors make loading and unloading easy. The cabinet is insulated with CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and the 1/4 hp compressor uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant with low environmental impact.
