The model comes in lime green or white steel exterior with white steel interior to provides you with durability and an eye-catching look in your establishment. There is a curved glass at front with low visibility height so that even kids can have a look and select their favorite flavors! Cold wall system eliminates any possibility of fluctuation in temperature so that the ice cream neither melts or freezes too much and make scooping easy. The unit holds temperature between -10°F to +8°F for keeping ice cream optimally frozen. LED lighting inside the cabinet provides visibility and makes the flavors look more attractive. This light can be controlled using an independent on/off switch as per your convenience. To keep the cabinet clean, it features a transparent polycarbonate compartment lid with full-length handle.
Turbo Air’s Dipping cabinet comes with a capacity to hold (13) 3-gallon ice cream cartons with (8) on the display and (5) extra in storage. There are (8) racks in total and each one comes with an ABS plastic can holder to make the scooping out process simple and quick. Magnetic, removable frost shields of this cabinet keep inside walls clean and frost-free. This model comes with a plastic night cover for case opening that helps conserve energy. Manual defrost system helps prevent condensate build-up and maintain freshness of the ice creams. The dipping cabinet has a drain with garden hose connector to discharge excessive water content.
