Description
The Univex SRM12 planetary mixer has a 12-quart-capacity bowl that is made of stainless steel and remains stationary while the agitator moves around inside, mixing ingredients. A hand-operated crank lifts the bowl into place, simplifying handling heavy products. Preventing injury and covering the bowl opening, the mixer includes a dishwasher-safe safety guard. If the guard is not in place or the bowl is lowered, the interlock switches prevent operation. The mixer has four fixed speeds and can operate at any speed between these fixed levels, while these speeds can be adjusted without stopping mixing. For strength and durability, the transmission has hardened alloy gears, and this Univex SRM12 countertop planetary mixer has a No. 12 power hub that accepts vegetable slicers, shredders, grinders, and other attachments.
