The Vulcan VHFA9-1M3ZN is a robust 9-Pan Non-Insulated Cabinet designed for holding and transporting food pans efficiently. Crafted with heavy-duty 20-gauge polished stainless steel, it ensures durability in demanding environments. Featuring four 5″ casters, including 2 swivel with brakes and 2 rigid, it offers easy mobility and stability. The glass door is equipped with heavy-duty hinges, latch mechanism, and gaskets for secure closure. Interior pan supports accommodate pan covers and are removable for easy cleaning. It accepts nine 18″ x 26″ pans or eighteen 12″ x 20″ x 2¾” pans. The top-mounted control panel includes indicator lights and a dial thermostat for precise temperature control up to 190°F. With two 600-watt metal sheathed heating elements, it ensures efficient heating. It comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, with a 10-year warranty on heating elements. The cabinet operates on a 120-volt, single-phase power supply and includes a top-mounted 8-foot power cord with strain relief and NEMA 5-15 plug.
