Ensuring enduring strength and stability, a meticulously engineered tensioned steel exoskeleton surrounds the hearth and dome perimeter.
Wrapped in premium spun ceramic fiber insulation and requiring only a 1-inch side clearance to combustibles, the monolithic cast-ceramic hearth and dome rest elegantly on a durable black powder-coated steel stand, while the oven body is encased in sleek stainless steel.
For maximum pizza production within this footprint, a left or right side flame is optimal.
Arriving fully assembled for seamless setup, the Bistro 4836 oven offers the option of partial disassembly using the optional Lifting System, facilitating passage through a standard 32-inch doorwayrefer to the detailed instructions in the Installation and Operation Manual. ETL Listed and proudly made in the USA, this oven is ready for effortless installation and exceptional performance.
Fuel Configurations:
– GAS-FIRED ONLY: Configured to burn either natural gas (NG) or liquid propane (LP). Wood burning is not an option with this model.
– RADIANT FLAME (RFG): Heated by an easily adjustable radiant flame (80,500 BTU/hr max. NG) located on the left or right side of the cooking chamber. User control ensures optimal balance between the ovens radiated top heat and the heat conducted and radiated from the floor.
