The Southbend 4604AD-3GL is a 60″ gas range designed for high-volume commercial kitchens. It features (2) star/sauté burners in the front and (2) non-clog burners in the rear, providing flexibility for various cooking needs. The 36″ griddle on the left offers additional cooking space for grilling and frying. This unit also includes a standard oven and a convection oven, each with battery spark ignition, and provides (4) racks for versatile cooking. The stainless steel construction, along with a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf and 6″ adjustable legs, ensures durability and ease of maintenance.
