The Southbend 4603DC-5R is a 60″ gas range designed for high-efficiency cooking in commercial kitchens. It includes (3) non-clog burners on the front right, (2) pyromax burners on the rear right, and (4) star/sauté burners on the left. The unit also features a standard oven with battery spark ignition, a cabinet base with one rack, and a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf. Built with stainless steel, it provides 356,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
