Description
The Southbend SE36T-TTH is a 36″ heavy-duty commercial electric range designed for high-performance cooking in demanding kitchens. It features a 24″ griddle, a 12″ hot top, and a TruVection convection oven, all housed in a durable stainless steel frame to ensure longevity and reliability.
The 24″ griddle is powered by two (2) 5.3-kilowatt heating elements and features a thermostat that allows precise temperature control from 150°F to 450°F. Splash guards are installed on the sides and rear to keep the cooking area clean and safe. The 12″ hot top uses a single 5.3-kilowatt element and is thermostatically controlled, offering a temperature range from 250°F to 850°F. A 9.25″ deep front rail adds extra convenience.
